dear ladies and gentlemen ,
As you have sent the invitation, the 16/10 was held
the meeting with good attendance of members-in-the
which we have addressed the issues concerning past, present and future of UN
and those who believed in us.

We explained what was done and found that the
objectives of the program presented the 2007 elections, most
has been reached and it is not been out much
. We talked about the difficulties
and attacks that we suffered, the policy development
and clarity of purpose and ideals we have always
differentiated from others.

We analyzed the current situation and we have shown that the
effort we made and the continuing attacks we receive from
"system CGIL" We are wearing out. Over time we realized that,
past the first loss of the "system" because of our victory,
we are continually under siege by those who have seen the
undermined its hegemony. We always respond to attacks and defending ourselves
always putting our face.

Unfortunately, our forces are limited and we do not have unlimited resources
attackers. So we agreed that we would be taking so
bound to lose.

We raised three possibilities: a.
Continue as far, knowing that this final year of MSW
(the next elections are in 2010) will be a constant game
the massacre of the "system CGIL" against us that we wear out and
probably will not lead to any other result.
b. Merge block in another union as did others, but
aware that would mean complete loss of face and
abandon the principles for which we fought.
c. Establishing a covenant of collaboration with a union
well organized and structured at the national level, close enough to our objectives and especially
pluralism of ideas e libertà interna.

Abbiamo deciso per quest'ultima opzione. Abbiamo trovato degno di
attenzione l'interesse dimostrato verso di noi dalla UIL. Sulla base di
un intento comune -che è quello di impegnarci per migliorare il
benessere lavorativo dei dipendenti del nostro Ospedale- abbiamo
convenuto che ci sarà un mutuo impegno di collaborazione tra i due
sindacati.

Non ci sarà nessun passaggio in blocco da NU alla UIL: NU resterà quello
che è ma in più potrà contare sulla collaborazione di una sigla
sindacale storica con esperienza e mezzi per avere maggior peso nelle
trattative aziendali.

I segretari aziendali di UIL e NU collaboreranno
closely shared commitment to finding solutions to problems to which
will respond. Some members of the UN will have the dual card
NU + ILO, to ensure the proper functioning of the agreement.

be clear that we will not give in any way the defense
specific needs peculiar to the nursing profession. However
this agreement will allow us to attract to our area union
even those people who while sharing the way of union
NU could not enter because they do not nurse. We will be able to give greater representation
also to their needs.
