In a press conference in Palazzo Vidoni Minister Renato Brunetta announced Pa returning to expand the availability times' of civil servants in the event of illness. With an accordion effect within one year increased from four to eleven hours, then fell back to four (from 10 to 12 and from 17 to 19) and go up to seven hours (9-13, 15-18) . The new measure is part of the Legislative Decree implementing Law 15 of 2009, which will be published Saturday in the Official Gazette and shall come into force in mid-November. The measure, in fact, give the holder of the public administration the power to decide on timing of availability. The motivation for this future change is due, according to the Minister, a new increase in absences, recorded in August (+16.7 Percent) and September (24.2), compared to the same period of 2008 and after more than a year of significant reductions. But the Minister himself was asked the reason for this turnaround? Significant reductions were not caused by the initial announcement, with what followed it, right below the physiological threshold to settle back down, as is occurring at levels "normal"? It 's just so that the Minister intends to increase the efficiency of the PA? When will hand control of Mr. Executives overpaid and released from any obligation of working hours? The public knows that the managers do not have any control over admissions? The Minister has introduced a ironclad system for evaluating employees with the exception of ancillary staff remuneration less productive and efficient, why do not we proceed similarly with the managers? And members of Parliament and their lackeys who must give an account of their activities and their attendance? The post of Parliamentary resembles the prize of the new game Win for life with the difference that is much more rewarding and fun.
