Last night I was in the mood for some sweets as having a 'coconut flour in maturity I thought these cookies.
are a little ugly but very good.
What do I need?
170 g coconut flour
200 g sugar 40 g flour 2 eggs
(I made three good balls to form)
a pinch of salt Place all ingredients
the robot (I use the Thermomix) for 10 seconds to sail the media.
form with a lot of dough balls and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 140 degrees.
