E 'release for the book I Rizzoli Secrets of the Sistine Chapel, written by Roy Doliner, a scholar of Jewish faith and the American rabbi Benjamin Blech. I was honored to join with him in the Sistine Chapel two days ago, along with five bodyguards of Vice-President of the United States on a visit to Rome (pictured below). Roy told us every detail of what was the vision of Michelangelo cabalistic transposed into images, and codified in ertain of the key figures of the work. 
Here is a brief excerpt of the interview that the public preview, then reserving to say where you can read:

And where Michelangelo put these two letters? Just above the head of Pope Julius II, to say "This High Priest is not worthy" (referring to the papacy of the time course). This was one of the first clues, but there are many others who have come out as well and everything is completed in the context that he revealed the message based on knowledge and codification of Jewish hid Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel.
